Firefox 2.0 Beta 2 Hits the Web
Firefox 2.0 Beta 2 has been released after a delay to work out some bugs earlier this summer. The new version, which is slated to be released Sept. 26, will have four major thrusts: the search bar, icon polish, tab strip and buttons in text boxes. Firefox’s look and feel will include work from Toronto-based Radiant Core, which was hired earlier this year to work by the Mozilla Foundation. According to TG Daily, Firefox 2.0 Beta 2 features some minor improvements but nothing too dramatically different from 1.5. IT Business.ca has a story on Radiant Core’s work with Firefox.
